Hollandaise Sauce- Don't Be Afraid
Hollandaise only seems scary to make because it requires timing and lots love, 2 eggs yolks, 1/2 tablespoon of lemon, 1/4 cup butter, a whisk and a double boiler. It can add a punch of favor to eggs, steaks, and many other dishes.
