When preparing ground meat patties for grilling handle the raw meat as little as possible. In other words don't massage/ squash the daylights out of it. This helps the burger stay juicy. While forming your burger take your thumb and make an indentation in the middle of each patty this way it does ball up while cooking. When cooking the burger never take your spatula and squish the burger to flatten it. This removed all the juices out. #
